Terms of Service

Effective: October 24, 2026

These terms cover your use of Dodging Adulthood (dodgingadulthood.com), made by Emem Adjah. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The game

Dodging Adulthood is a free, single-player browser game. No account or payment is required to play. A new daily challenge is generated each day based on your device's local date.

Ownership

The game's code, design, art, writing, and the Dodging Adulthood name are owned by Emem Adjah. You're welcome to play, screenshot your results, and share them. Please don't copy, redistribute, or sell the game itself, or use the name or branding for another project, without asking first at games@ememadjah.com.

Acceptable use

Play fair and don't try to disrupt the game for other players, for instance by attempting to automate play, interfere with the site's normal operation, or misrepresent a screenshot as something the game didn't actually produce.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is," with no guarantee that it will be available at all times, free of bugs, or compatible with every device or browser. We may change, update, or discontinue the game at any time, for any reason, without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emem Adjah is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game. This is a free indie project, not a service with guaranteed uptime or support.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the revised terms.
